Demonstration of the content of a seminar on Attacking the Legs.
The Koryu Uchinadi Quadrant drill entries are used, followed up with attacking the legs in order to compromise the opponent’s stance and posture, keep them off balance and moving, and ultimately put them on the ground. The instruction focused on critical dependencies for attacking legs including how target, leg angle, and weight distribution affect the desired outcome such as moving the foot or bending/straightening the knee, etc.
Techniques are performed for demonstration purposes at high speed with a non-resisting opponent. Of course in training you must work up to an aggressively resisting opponent.
