Tropical Storm Nicholas batters Texas’ Gulf Coast

Tropical Storm Nicholas is battering Texas’ Gulf Coast after making landfall as a hurricane earlier Tuesday morning. The National Hurricane Center is warning the storm could bring life-threatening flash flooding and storm surges to the area. Jason Allen from CBSN Dallas-Ft.
