In a statement to Al Mayadeen, while receiving condolences for his son Mohammad Mahdi Ammar, who was killed when his pager exploded in the Israeli cyberattack that caused hundreds of pagers to detonate, Lebanese MP Ali Ammar honored his son and fellow martyrs.
He described their sacrifice as a noble defense of Lebanon’s sovereignty and national unity. MP Ammar also emphasized that the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon will continue resolutely with its fighters, leaders, and martyrs, dedicated to liberating Palestine and praying in al-Quds.
