A long time ago, people used rituals to connect with the forces of nature, in order to learn from them and be healed. By visiting mountain peaks and offering gifts to the mountain spirits, the spirits of nature and other noble creatures invisible to the eye, I invite them to renew their alliance with us and urge their assistance in restoring our spiritual bond with nature.
