Israeli forces annihilate home of slain Palestinian man suspected of killing Israeli settlers
Israeli forces said on Tuesday, August 8, they demolished the West Bank home of a Palestinian man believed to be behind the killing of two Israeli settlers in February.
The Palestinian man, identified as Abdel Fattah Hussein Kharousha, was killed during an Israeli raid in Jenin in March, The Times of Israel reported.
Footage released by the Israel Defense Forces shows soldiers preparing the building for demolition, and the moment of the explosion in the Askar refugee camp outside Nablus.
According to Palestinian news outlet Wafa, dozens of nearby residents were ordered from their homes before the house was surrounded and clashes broke out. Six people resided in the house, Wafa said.
Kharousha was accused of fatally shooting Hallel Yaniv, 21, and his brother, Yagel Yaniv, 19, as they drove through Huwara, The Times of Israel reported.
