478 Breathing Technique (30 min) - Powerful relaxation technique to fall asleep faster.
1) Breath in through your nose quietly (4 sec)
2) Hold your breath (7 sec)
3) Breath out through your mouth audibly
➡ Try to do at least 4 breath cycles out of 8 cycles at one time.
➡ Practice this exercise at least twice a day.
➡ You don’t necessarily need to stick to the exact count.
➡ It may take days or weeks before you notice physiological changes.
