LAPD Chase Range Rover and Fire at Fleeing Driver

Warning Graphic: For informational and educational purposes only On 18 November 2018, LAPD Officers observed a black Range Rover with no license plates that was being driven erratically. As Officers position behind the Range Rover they observe it rear-end the vehicle in front of it at a slow speed. After attempting a traffic stop the Range Rover fled initiating a pursuit. Once on the congested highway the Range Rover was unable to proceed at which time the suspect, has 36-year-old Harut Torosyan , jumped o
