30 Min FAST & FURIOUS Full Body HIIT Workout - No Equipment | EPIC III Day 25

Speed alongside precision is the aim today! Really increasing the heartrate for a short duration, lots of movements involving the core and requiring not only fast twitch movements but muscular endurance also! This workout is ‘nearly’ no repeat as every exercise is different but there is a staple! There are 2 exercises within the staple today! Push ups for upper body and alternating lunges to really work the entire lower body! Due to the fact there are 2 exercises within the staple, this workout will pass very quickly!! You will need a mat nearby and also a bottle of water & towel! The timer will be on for 30 seconds each exercise with 15 seconds rest inbetween! CHEST TO FLOOR BURPEES!
