Bernard Haitink | 4 March 1929 - 21 October 2021

𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗛𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝟰 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟭𝟵𝟮𝟵 – 𝟮𝟭 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟭 We mourn the death of our beloved honorary conductor, Bernard Haitink and send our deepest condolences to his wife Patricia and his family. Bernard Haitink was chief conductor of the Concertgebouworkest from 1961 to 1988. In 1999 he was named honorary conductor, after which he returned to the orchestra many times.
