The captured Russian servicemen are asking to stop the Russian offensive on Ukraine

On February 24, 2022, the Russian army launched an invasion of Ukraine. In 4 days of round-the-clock fighting, about 4,500 Russian servicemen were killed and hundreds were taken as prisoners. Those who were lucky enough to survive say, “The commanders betrayed us.“ They appeal to their colleagues: “I call on the Russian armed forces, the Rosguard forces: guys, stop bombing Kyiv.“ They call relatives and ask: “Tell them to stop firing, withdraw troops.“ And they are afraid that, being on the territory of Ukraine, they will die from the shell of their own “brothers“.
