Velvet’s 3nd Mystic Arte (Hi-Ougi) from Tales of Berseria. The 3nd Mystic Arte is obtained when Velvet reaches level 66 and you defeat “死神の中傷“ in the final dungeon. To use it, simply hold L2 when you use Velvet’s Nightmare Claw/ナイトメアクロウ(Which is also obtained from the boss) and it connects with an enemy. Like the videos?
