Why Should You Host?

The Kennedy Lugar Youth Exchange and Study (YES) program, created in the wake of 9/11 and funded by the U.S. Department of State, brings high school students from countries with significant Muslim populations to the U.S. for one academic year. During this year students are expected to learn about American culture and share their own by living with host families and attending high school in the U.S.
