Draconids 2011 - Time lapse

Time lapse shot from 9PM to 8AM local time while on a work trip somewhere near Orenburg city in Russia, trying to capture the peak moment of Draconids meteor shower. Used a remote controlled Canon 7D with a 17-40mm f4.0 L lens, 1341 exposures of 15’’/f4.0/ISO1000, 15’’ pause between shots. I used an anti-dewer fanned heating resistor that kept the front lens clean during the night. Minor editing in Lightroom, movie in VirtualDub, compressed with DivX Converter.
