Was really excited to see my buddy @bingfutch at the Walnut Valley Festival. In this video we are playing a couple of old-time fiddle tunes - Spotted Pony & Squirrel Heads & Gravy. He’s playing a really nice double-necked mountain dulcimer created by Folk Craft Instruments. If you have a hankering to learn the dulcimer, I’d suggest heading over to his channel, as there are plenty of learning resources. Folkcraft Instruments also has a large selection of dulcimers to get you started. This isn’t a paid promotion, I just genuinely love the instruments they create.
The Walnut Valley Festival is an amazing festival that happens every year in Winfield Kansas - where I live. If you’re into great music, bluegrass, old-time, folk, camping, and friends... then I’d suggest looking it up.
