Laying on the floor, I would dwell for hours on self-perceived mistakes I had made and scolding myself; sinking deeper and deeper into anger and despair. 🏮 It took a long time, but I finally realized, my problems were rooted in how I felt about myself. So, I took time to look within and begin the painful process of acceptance, surrender and repair. With amazing speed, the darkness inside began to transform. Before long, an internal paradise had formed.
