Commission will probe incident involving Russian spacecraft docked to ISS

Earlier today, an external radiator was damaged on a Russian Soyuz spacecraft docked to the International Space Station, postponing a spacewalk by Russian cosmonauts. A commission has now been formed to analyze the cause of the incident, Roscosmos has announced.
