Putin presents state awards to heads of DPR, LPR

Putin presents the state awards to outstanding citizens in the Kremlin’s St Catherine Hall. The heads of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, Denis Pushilin and Leonid Pasechnik, will receive the honor, along with prominent figures in the fields of education, science, medicine and health.
