Ramzan Kadyrov inspects new military units in Grozny

The president of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov reviewed new units of the Russian Defense Ministry in a garrison in Grozny. Each battalion reportedly has 560 fighters while a special regiment has 1,500 servicemen.
