Western arms supplies to Ukraine change nothing – Putin

Arms supplies from the US and its allies to Ukraine are aimed at dragging out the conflict, the Russian president says in his first interview since the beginning of the conflict, while claiming the Russian military is successfully neutralizing the incoming Western weaponry.
