UN calls for migrants mass killing investigation

The UN’s Human Rights office is calling for an independent probe after at least 23 African migrants were reportedly killed by Moroccan security forces. The incident occurred last week when hundreds of people stormed Morocco’s border with a Spanish city exclave in northern Africa.
