US dismisses Ukrainian biolabs claim filed by Russia at UNSC

The UNSC convened a meeting at Russia’s request to discuss alleged US biological laboratories in Ukraine – and the fact that the American representative dismissed all of Moscow’s claims – without any explanation – comes as no surprise. Caleb Maupin has the highlights of the meeting.
