Anyway, Java is more robust thanks to its type system and well-optimized JVM. Is PHP easier than Java? Sure it is. That’s one more reason to use PHP 8 for prototyping. Is PHP good for backend? Sure it is, especially PHP 8, but anyway Java’s usecases are broader and include ML, Big data, Android apps development.
