1st time Piddly-Ass-Winter storm closes entire Idaho county!! Excuse for 4 day wknd?

I’ve lived here for at least 27 years and this is the first time the entire Bannock County shutdown for a Winter storm that dropped only a couple of inches! Despite officially shutting down because of a National Weather service warning (that forecasted a maximum of 6 inches of snow for our area), the City of Chubbuck still picked up the garbage on Friday, 12JAN2024! Was this just an excuse for local government weenie heads to get a four day weekend with Idaho’s Human Rights Day (MLK Day for everybody else) coming up on Monday? 10JAN2024: 21DEC2023: 19NOV2023:
