Why Is Zelensky Coming To DC?

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is reportedly coming back to Washington DC, hat in hand, of course. Zelensky is soliciting another $24 billion in funding for the Ukraine War. However, unlike previously, Zelensky will not be received with quite the same fervor as DC’s enthusiasm for the war has waned, in particular among the right wing of the Republican Party.
