Russia: ’US failed to produce global anti-Russian coalition’ - Lavrov

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov denied that there were any objective reasons for a new edition of the “Cold War“ with the West, in Moscow Friday. Speaking to students of the Diplomatic Academy, Lavrov said Russia and Western states had no contradicting ideologies at the moment, noting that the two sides were pursuing many of the same policies. However Lavrov said that some Western capitals were demonstrating levels of hostility that surpassed those seen during the Cold War. -------------------------
