Normally, the human neck(cervical spine) does have a lordosic curve(meaning it has a curvature forward) but, due to imbalanced modern life style, the curve gets flat or even into a reversed C-shape. With these simple movements practiced daily, we can fix it. Stay strong and healthy! ※Please be careful always not to overdo any exercise. You should only move to the extent you feel comfortable and be slow and soft. If any pain or discomfort is felt then you have two options : 1. Decrease the intensity to the point you feel refreshed. 2. Rest for a few days and you may start again.
