Sanseru is a pre-arranged set or series of movements (called a kata) for which each movement can have multiple self defence interpretations. The Sanseru kata includes punches, kicks, blocks, strikes & take down technique. There is also an emphasis on controlling the breathing & coordinating the breath control with the movements.
