1/4 cup / 30 g - sourdough starter
1/4 cup / 50 ml -room temperature water
1/3 cup / 50 g - bread flour
INGREDIENTS FOR THE BREAD
100 g - sourdough starter (activated)
13.6 fl oz. / 400 ml - room temperature water
A spoon of sugar
A spoon of cumin A spoon of mustard seeds
8,81 oz / 250 g - white bread flour
8,81 oz / 250 g - rye flour
0,35 oz / 10 g - salt
Baking temperature - 220C / 428F
Baking time - 50 minutes (or until golden brown)
