🍜 Kong Guksu / Korean Soybean Soup recipe:
In this video, I’m showing you how to make a delicious Korean vegan dish called Kong Guksu also known as Korean Cold Soybean Noodle Soup. This is a high protein vegan meal idea that takes only 5 minutes to make. This is basically the easy or “hack” version to make this because instead of making the soup from scratch with soy beans, we will use TOFU! It’s so refreshing and one of my favourite Korean dishes.
