Recently I have seen an uptick in videos with high-protein meal ideas. Today I wanted to share one of my favorite high-protein meal hacks, with this taco or high-protein burrito recipe. I sometimes skip breakfast, so a high-protein lunch or dinner is a good idea. I love marinated chicken breast for tacos, so this Tikka Masala-inspired meal is so good!

INGREDIENTS
5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
*MARINADE*
8 oz low-fat plain Greek yogurt
5 Tbsp tomato paste
1 Tbsp avocado or olive oil
1 Tbsp Indian curry seasoning blend
1 Tbsp Garam Masala
2 tsp salt
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
*salt, season & pepper to taste*
*CREAM SAUCE*
8 oz low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup water
1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
