Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil for frying

20 fluid ounces tomato sauce (600 - 700 ml. Use a good sauce if you can.)
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
3 cups rigatoni noodles (You can also use the noodle of your choice.)
5 medium basil leaves, torn or chopped
1 cup ricotta cheese
1⁄4 cup grated Parmesan
2 tablespoons pasta water (Use it from the pasta you cooked)
