19 YEAR OLD RINGS GYMNAST TRAINS TO WIN

Part of the British national gymnastics team, Courtney Tulloch is already a rings specialist at the age of just 19. Seen here in training for the British Championships, Courtney has his sights firmly on the Rio Olympics in 2016. Rings is one of the toughest disciplines, requiring upper body strength usually reserved for more mature athletes, as well as a good swing, core strength and landing ability. A competitive gymnast since the age of six, Courtney is trained by former international Ionut Trandabu
