Israeli cities, Tel Aviv and Haifa, open all shelters, cancel all activities   The Tel Aviv Municipality announced that it opened all 240 shelters on Sunday morning, in light of security developments in northern Israel.  In northern Israel, the mayor of Haifa said, “We have opened all shelters and canceled a show that was planned for tonight. The University of Haifa has also canceled all activities. We urge residents to stay near a protected area,“ according to Israel Army Radio.
