There is a group of mothers in San Luis called “Madres Buscadoras.“ They come together to search for their sons or daughters who have been kidnapped by the cartels. They know where all of the mass graves are. They take wrought iron with a point, & poke into the ground. When they draw that iron, they smell it. That’s how they find their children.
