New Methods of FTD

FTD got new methods, Large, Knuckle and Wiggle Touch in version 0.4. Large and Knuckle Touch are simple detector to disable flick gesture. They have upper/lower threshold respectively. Wiggle Touch is a different way to detect force touch. You should a touch with small touch area, and then wiggle your finger to increase the area.
