“In the face of the cyber attacks which several nations have faced, we have decided to extend the cyber reserve to all the countries that wish so within the European Political Community. This cyber reserve that we have launched within the European Union is the ability to develop common centers of expertise to protect us against cyberattacks. We have recognised the extent of this by developing centers of excellence in several countries that have volunteered - at the scale of these countries. It is the same thing that we have decided for the protection of critical infrastructures.“

Stronger, tangible and very clear in terms of security. We will have to coordinate to prepare for the Vilnius summit and we will also have to give long-term prospects to Ukraine. That is what it is up to us to prepare. But it is imperative that the Vilnius summit can give this strong guarantee new credible guarantees and a clear perspective to Ukraine.“
