20mins Leg session. Legs are the most important, strongest and biggest muscles in your body, the impact from Training Legs on your body is bigger than when you train any other muscle group. A proper leg session burns huge amount of calories, even after the workout and not only the legs, also your muscles overall your body get stimulated to grow and recover.
Basically we do 4 exercises, 2 sets per exercise, 15 reps in the first set, 8-10 reps in the 2nd set.
1 minute break in between sets and exercises.
If you can do more reps than the suggested reps range, maximise the set and continue doing as many reps as possible. But in that case you must increase the weight next time.
