RIAK strength and conditioning

In this series we’re covering the fundamental exercises that we have all probably used at some point, but perhaps never been taught proper form or how to develop that form where it isn’t intuitive. Our goal is to help endurance athletes get the basics right with key exercises such as squats, lunges, press ups, core work etc. so that no matter what derivative they are doing of these exercises, they know where to get started. Minimal kit is required - usually a couple of dumbbells and resistance bands, but if you don’t have any of these bits of equipment, don’t stress.
