It was an excellent opportunity for Sifu Leo to try Filipino martial arts, Fluid Tactics, from Instructor Paul. In this video, Paul will demonstrate some basic stick fighting techniques and explain how the principles can be applied to real-life situations. In addition, both instructors will apply their martial styles during practice to demonstrate how their techniques can be applied under pressure.
