I Spent 30 Days Training my Shot Power 🏒

Using an extreme 30-day plan, will I be able to increase my shot power in one month? I wanted to find out, so I put together a shooting training system I call the “6-Second Shot Power System“, a daily shot power routine, and explosive strength training workouts to give it a go. And to ensure I stuck to my workouts and trained hard for the full 30 days, I would force myself to switch to a wood hockey stick for the rest of my hockey season if I couldn’t improve my shot power over the 30 days of training.
