Pro-Palestine protesters stage sit-in at Birmingham New Street Station | I Am Birmingham

Hundreds of people have staged a sit-in protest on the concourse of Birmingham New Street Station, with crowds calling for a ceasefire in Israel’s military bombardment of #Gaza, killing over 3,600 people children in only 25 days. Israel claims it has been carrying out retaliatory airstrikes on the Gaza strip in #Palestine to target Hamas militant sites and infrastructure. The station protest action is the latest of several pro-Palestinian protests in #Birmingham and across the UK.
