Russian Red Cross Sets up Aid Stations to Offer Professional Services

The Russian Red Cross has set up several aid sites close to the site of the concert attack at suburban Moscow to offer timely, professional and targeted services. The mass shooting happened at the Crocus City Hall concert venue in Krasnogorsk, a suburb of Moscow Oblast on Friday. The shooters used automatic weapons at the site and set fire with flammable liquid, according to the authorities.
