15 minutes on impact mapping

In this presentation I introduce a tool for strategic planning; Impact Mapping (). This is one of the best tools I’ve used to help us produce great, well communicated and easily understood strategic plans, by involving everyone needed to execute the plan. This presentation is a continuation of my presentations about Mission, Vision and Strategic plans, but this time it’s much more hands-on and practical.
