Protesters in Seoul demand dissolution of ROK-U.S. alliance and withdrawal of U.S. troops

For more: Activists in the Republic of Korea (ROK) have been protesting against joint military exercises with the United States. The police said at least 6,000 people attended the Seoul rally last week, days before the annual joint military drills. The protesters called for the dissolution of the alliance and the withdrawal of U.S. troops from the country.
