Дореволюционная Россия на фотографиях Омск / Pre Revolutionary Russia in Photographs Omsk

Дореволюционная Россия на фотографиях Омск Pre Revolutionary Russia in Photographs Omsk Here I present an album of Pre Revolutionary photographs of the Siberian town of Omsk that lies on the banks of the River Irtysh. During the Imperial era, Omsk was the seat of the Governor General of Western Siberia, and later of the Governor General of the Steppes. For a brief period during the Russian Civil War between 1918–1920, it served as the capital of the anti-Bolshevik Russian State and held the imperial gold reserves. This is another fascinating look at a bygone age..... Music: “The wind is blowing“ played here by the Russian Balalaika Orchestra.
