Video by Mikołaj Birek - Art of Ruin Lyrics: Entrapment Can’t differ day and night Through steamed windows and bars I can see no light Routine I count hours passing by All actions scheduled but I have no certainty Warders bunch of keys Wakes me Like Pavlov’s dog I’m drooling Half of minute to collect Bowl of sludge, pure disgust Locked up I lost my count of days passed All I can do is pushups and read the bible No God I see there no deity Make every hour last less than eternity Echos in my skull Voices Calendar drawn on a wall Guessing how much is the hour When will I make it back home ? Lockdown in four concrete walls Three dark days Thoughts are leaking through my ears Long gone I know every poker deal At random Fate is not under my will Face the wall Becoming a brick in this tomb of freedom Solitude I try to portrait you in my remembrance On other side of the globe I sense your despair Hopelessness Surrounded by cabrones With futile acts I try to deafen coyotes howling The guard is taking me back onto trial My limbs are cuffed like another serial copkiller This goddamn waiting locked up in that concrete cell To plead not guilty for a millionth fucking time Another trail, another jail, another hearing Hyenas that feed upon this rockstar’s misery Another day, another month, another aeon They still postpone justice for an absurd reason Help me Release me Save me Redeem me Another trail, another jail, another extradition Stone cold warders treating me worse than crippled dog Another day, another month, another aeon This chain of events seems to have no joyful end Absurd Helplessness Despair Endlessness Shaking hands, cold sweat I wait for scrap of news on my case No certainty Demagogic media Selling false Pictures of myself Lockdown in four concrete walls Three dark days Thoughts are leaking through my ears Long gone I know every poker deal At random Fate is not under my will Face the wall Becoming a brick in this tomb of freedom Freedom Freedom Freedom Becoming a brick in this tomb of freedom The Band: Szczepan Inglot - vocals Hubert Więcek - guitars Piotr Kołakowski - bass Eugene Ryabchenko - drums Since their 2005 formation, BANISHER has delivered a captivating style of brutal death metal loaded with technical precision and an experimental/sci-fi flair, releasing albums through Torn Flesh Records, Unquiet Records, Deformeathing Production, as well as several independent demos and EPs. BANISHER’s fourth album, Degrees Of Isolation appears to be the most diverse, mature, and both musically and technically advanced album they have ever captured. The lyrics are based on true events, which makes the music on Degrees Of Isolation all the more dark and depressive. Every song tackles the feelings and emotions experienced throughout incarceration, being held in custody, and after being acquitted. Recorded by a powerful lineup including current, live and former members of Decapitated, Acid Drinkers, Fleshgod Apocalypse, Belphegor, Vital Remains, Hate, Redemptor and Shodan, Degrees Of Isolation delivers eight new songs totaling forty minutes of pulverization. The album was recorded at Invent-Sound Studio in Bydgoszcz, Poland and the cover art created by Łukasz Jaszak. Degrees Of Isolation Track Listing: 1. Actors and Accomplices 2. Devil in ISO 5 3.
