Static Shock (season 3, episode 15)

“Blast from the past“ Release date: 06-21-03 Plot: Static reluctantly teams up with a retired electricity-manipulating/controlling superhero from the sixties, Soul Power, to defeat an old-time villain, Professor Menace. Static does not see eye-to-eye with Soul Power’s methods, or his outdated campy style. But they eventually become allies and Static helps him take down Professor Menace. Soul Power officially retires and leaves the superhero job of protecting Dakota to Static.
