Contact Staff and Acrostaff Practice April 2015

Trying to add movement into contact staff and acro staff. Attempting to mix movements inspired by tricking, capoeira, breaking and dance in with staff manipulation. This is one of my first practices in the Albany Centre, Bristol. It has shiny floors and crash mats :-D
