Slow Motion Rope Dart Target Practice and Chain Whip

I’ve been playing around with rope dart / meteor hammer a little more and recently got into chain whip (jiu jie bian). Something about flexible weapons really appeals to me. As I am still am a beginner to both weapons I wear a mouth guard and eye protection. Rope dart and chain whip are ancient weapons originating from traditional Chinese martial arts and are found today in kung fu, wu shu etc, as well as appearing in “flow arts“ that use these weapons for show for their aesthetic performance and virtually unlimited possibilities that these flexible weapons allow. Also, I’ve been messing around with an action cam as my second camera that records in double frame rate which allows for slowed-down sections.
