X - “Universal Corner“ (live, 1980 - feat. Ray Manzarek of the Doors)

To celebrate and promote the release of their first album, Los Angeles, X played two (or more?) shows at the Whisky with special setlists and guest appearances from their producer and studio organist Ray Manzarek. This is the only recording I know of that features this unique take on “Universal Corner“ - sped up and featuring an unbelievably catchy organ riff that should have been on the studio recording. Recorded on April 12, 1980 at the Whisky A Go Go in Hollywood, CA.
